St. Stephen Church is pleased to announce, Building 4 Generations, our vision for a leading edge, 3,400 seat worship and praise congregation center for the 21st century.  Incorporating the lastest technology and design, our new facility is equip our church to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) for many years to come.


Matthew 28:19-20: "Therefore go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.  Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.  And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."


Going from vision to reality requires the commitment, prayer, faith, and sacrifice of the entire congregation


Shepherding BUILDING 4 GENERATIONS is the calling of every St. Stephen Church member, both young and old.  Psalms 127:1 states that unless the LORD builds the house; its builders labor in vain“.  GOD, our Father, has first called us to pray continuously, so that HIS WILL governs this project and through our united faith, the vision that has been bestowed on the saints and leaders of this church is brought into existence. 


The result of our continuous prayers and united faith will bring about a state-of-the art sanctuary that:

  • Equips our church and its members to be faithful to the Great Commission by providing more people with the opportunity to hear the gospel and be connected to the Church.
  • Expands our church’s positive Christian leadership and influence throughout Louisville.
  • Empowers our church and its members to minister with excellence through the use of 21st century, state-of-the-art technology.
  • Allows our church to make an impact on a national and global level.
  • Represents an unprecedented economic investment in the California Community. 
  • Serves as a catalyst for community development in one of Louisville’s poorest and most socially-isolated neighborhoods.
  • Enables our church to convert its current worship facility into an innovative children’s facility, thus equipping our children with the essential Christian values necessary for success.
  • Enhances and strengthen the present ministries of our church and position them to grow further.
  • Allows our church to eliminate one of the Sunday morning services; thereby, reducing clergy, staff, and membership burnout.
  • Demonstrates our faith in our FATHER and His SON in the midst of challenging economic times.
